Is it just me that’s fucked up or is everybody crazy?

I just came back from a typical Tel-Avivian bar. I didn’t stay there for too long because I got a “bad game vibe”. And what do I mean by that exactly ?

I used to teach pick-up, I stopped doing it, because it felt to me as if I’m teaching something that I haven’t fully grasped yet. But I see so many people still teaching it and not really knowing what they’re doing.

The thing with the pickup arts is that it’s aimed mainly at nerds that are really cool people but don’t know how to express that around women. So these nerds (myslef included) learn all sorts of tips and techniques to get women’s attention and they get “drunk” from all that power.

They begin to formulate an identity that isn’t there own, that is based on what people told them they should say or do, and the worst part is that they stop being cool people and start being jerks.

It saddens me to say this but I haven’t seen one normal pickup instructor in this whole country (well maybe one). And as for me, well I don’t consider myself an instructor, that’s why I stopped teaching.

I really hope people realize soon that they have to change their ways the way I realized it once my ex girlfriend told me “When I met you you were a really cool guy, but now I see that you’re just a woos”.
